Description

Discover the magic of a snowy winter’s day in Edmonton’s countryside at Prairie Gardens. Admire twinkling lights strung up around Boo’n Accord historic street front, while bundled up on a winter wonderlands trackless train ride around the farm.  Jump off the train to make a snow angel or to powder your way through a snowy maze.  We have snowshoes you can borrow!

Come on inside – it is warmer here – in the cozy greenhouses.  Learn about growing pea shoots and faba greens as you seed some to take home in your own mini greenhouse clamshell.  Enjoy a cozy hot chocolate stop to warm up before you continue your tour. Wrap your adventure up with a cheery campfire to roast hotdogs and marshmallows.

Don’t forget your skates – there’s free pond skating at the willow grove pond!
