Originating in Quebec, Hardygold is a plum that lives up to its name! Gold skin, gold flesh and hardy to zone 3. Though the skin is somewhat sour, the flesh is sweet like honey, juicy, and fairly firm for a plum. Excellent for fresh eating and desserts. Very prolific producer.

Needs another plum for cross-pollination. Canadian or American plum recommended.
