An old-fashioned rose variety that is hardy. It is covered in fragrant double white flowers in early Summer. It is a repeat bloomer from late spring to late summer. These roses make excellent cut flowers. It has white flowers that have yellow eyes, and dark green foliage. The leaves are oval shaped and dark green colored. In the Fall the leaves turn brick red and there will be showy scarlet hips that are displayed.

This is a high maintenance shrub that will require regular care and upkeep. Best pruned in late winter. It will grow to be about 5ft in maturity, with a spread of 5 ft. It does best in average to evenly moist conditions, but will not tolerate standing water. Once established will be drought tolerant.
