An excellent small landscape tree with a broad and upright growth habit. This crabapple tree rarely produces ornamental fruit, but it produces masses of bright pink blooms that act as accents to the foliage. The foliage is a bronzy-red color that will turn green upon maturity, and then orange in Fall.

Little pruning is required though prune broken or damaged limbs. Water regularly as needed, and feed in spring with an all purpose fertilizer. Adapts to a wide range of soils. Prune after danger of extreme cold has passed.
