A willow variety that has flaming orange and red branches hence its name “Flame Willow”. Extremely hardy, tough, and extremely adaptable. It is a smaller shrub that will pop against the contrast of the Winter scenery. The Flame Willow will have lush forest green foliage that will turn gold in Fall.

Drought tolerant willow. Requires average to moist conditions, but will not tolerate standing water. This willow requires constant pruning to keep its landscape appeal. Flame Willow will grow to be about 20 ft tall, and with a spread of about 15 ft. It grows at a fast rate. This particular variety is an interspecific hybrid.
