Arctic Beauty Kiwi

$24.95

The Kiwi Kolomikta is a deciduous, climbing shrub. It has the most beautiful leaves: heart-shaped green leaves that are splashed with pink and white undertones. There are also pendulous flowers that appear in late Spring. The flowers are fragant, pink or white colored, and are small in size. The flowers will then bloom to a greenish-orange colored fruit, in the Fall. If the plant is a female a male plant is needed to set the fruit on the female plant. The shrub is also quite ornamental with its slender, twining branches.

This is a high maintenance plant that requires regular care and upkeep. Because it is a climbing vine it should be planted next to a support structure. It prefers to grow in moist conditions and shouldn’t be allowed to dry out. .
