Rediscover nature at the Prairie Tree to Table Experience. Gain knowledge about the trees of Alberta’s Prairie Parkland Forests with horticulturalist, Tam Andersen on her 3000 acres of property. Experience wide open spaces on our expansive property.

Gather around an open fire, sip on tea with freshly-foraged ingredients and engage your senses as you reconnect to the land while learning, hands-on in the woodworker’s shop, as you create your own charcuterie board to take home.

Included: Light fire roaster’s woodfired lunch, and the art of charcuterie presentation on how to use your board, with a local charcuterie, farm preserves and local cheesemakers’ cheese feast late in the afternoon.
