Learn from our very own Orchardist, Tam Andersen, as she takes you on a tour of the farm’s orchards, and answers your burning questions about pruning, variety selection, pollination partners, and more!

This workshop includes:

• A guided orchard tour, with Orchardist and Owner, Tam Andersen
• Information on variety selection, and how to consider factors like hardiness zone, spacing, lighting, etc.
• Guidance on how to properly plant a fruit tree for long term success
• Site planning and layout guidance
• Information about pollination requirements
• Methods to preserve your harvest, including baking, freezing, making jam, etc.
• Opportunities to ask as many questions as you like!
• Farm Supper with an Orchardist: Make-Your-Own wood-fired pizza, farm-to-table salad, refreshments, and a slice of apple pie
