Lilium asistic ‘Tiny Padhye’
Pot size #1
The Asiatic lilies are the earliest bloomers and easiest to care for out of the lily family. The Asiatic Lilies will bloom all summer long. This is part of the dwarf asiatic varieties. It is a variety that was developed in the Netherlands, as a part of the Lily Looks series. The dwarf habit of this variety makes it great to use near the front of a border, or as part of a rock garden. The Tiny Padhye has large and up-facing flowers. The flowers have white petals with deep reddish-purple stains at the base.
This is a relatively low maintenance plant, and is a good choice for attracting butterflies to your yard. This plant will grow to be about 18 inches tall and a spread of 18 inches. When growing in masses space out to 12 inches. The plant is very adaptable to both dry and moist locations, and not particular to soil type or pH. It has a medium growth rate. Prefers soil that is well drained, but will tolerate heavier soils.
