Awarded the Award of Garden Merit by the Royal Horticultural Society. Produces showy magenta panicles. This lilac blooms as a double bloom and is wonderfully fragrant. It is an early bloomer; blooming in late Spring. The large florets open above heart-shaped bluish green foliage.

Top-Grafted – this makes for an excellent specimen tree or focal point in the garden.

Mature Size: 10′ tall by 6′ wide.
