U-Pick Strawberries
2026 Strawberry Crop Report
August 10th Update: U-Pick Strawberries will be available every day starting at 9:30am. There are still strawberries! We have been picking from 9:30am-4:00pm daily this past week, but the fields are first come first pick.
Please make sure to wear appropriate footwear - it has rained a lot and pathways are muddy. There is straw in between the rows, so the berries are accessible. Also make sure to bring bug spray as there are mosquitos!
__________________________________________________________
We are now in the late season for strawberries! This means that berries are smaller (but sweeter) than the start of the season and that it takes longer to fill a bucket. Be prepared to take your time and hunt under the leaves for berries
The patch opens at 9:30am - first come first pick. If you will be arriving at the farm after 2:00pm, call 780-921-2272 before coming to pick to confirm availability.
How it Works
U-Pick Strawberries is available daily, starting at 9:30AM. Berries are first come, first pick. We recommend coming early, so you don't miss out! Once the berries are finished for the day, we will close the patch.
Strawberries are In-Season Mid-July to Mid-August. Call 780-921-2272 to confirm availability before coming.
Prices: We sell our strawberries by volume, not by weight. We provide buckets to pick into, but please bring your own containers to transfer your berries into. Buckets can be purchased onsite if you don't have a container to transfer into. Pay for your strawberries at the exit - cash, debit & credit accepted.

- Yes, a free picnic site is included with the U-Pick Pass. Picnic sites are located at Prairie Gardens (no picnic sites in the u-pick fields).

There is a public park located in Bon Accord (5min away) and a day use area at Halfmoon Lake (20min north).
