Beauty of Moscow French Lilac

Introduced in 1943. Known for its double white florets adorned on a deciduous shrub. The lilac panicles are strongly scented, pinkish-lilac buds that will bloom to a mellow white color creating a bi-color effect. The blooms are above light green, heart-shaped leaves. The foliage has the added bonus of being resistant to powdery mildew. Plant as a specimen, massed in a mixed shrub border, or as a flowering hedge.
