Vitis “Jefbanza’

A new cultivar, resulting from University of Saskatchewan crosses. Kabanza produces purple-blue fruit with a sweet flavour when harvested in September. Self-fertile – does not require a second grape for cross-pollination. Best suited to fresh eating, preserves, canning, or juicing.

Ideally should be planted in a protected location – the south side of a building for example.

Mature Size: Variable – approx. 10-12′ tall x 3-6′ wide.
