This hands-on workshop is all about experimenting with flavour. You’ll explore a variety of herbs, seasonings and flowers, discover combinations you love and create three completely custom blends to take home.

Create Your Own Signature Herb Rub
Savory, smoky, earthy, herby or a little unexpected, you decide!
Mix and match, harvested and dried herbs and seasonings to create a signature rub that’s completely your own.

SPRINKLE
Blend Your Own Finishing Salt
Turn simple salt into something special.
Experiment with herbs and flavours to create a finishing salt perfect for vegetables, potatoes, meats, breads and everyday cooking.
Take home:
- Your custom finishing salt
- Reusable metal tin
STEEP
Blend Your Own Herbal Tea
Now it’s time to slow things down.
Explore dried herbs and flowers, smell and taste different combinations and blend a loose-leaf tea that’s uniquely yours.
Take home:
- Your custom loose-leaf tea blend – enough tea for approximately five cups
- Five biodegradable tea bags
- Paper envelope packaging
THEN WE STEEP!
Once the blending is done, we’ll put the kettles on.
Steep your freshly created tea, sit down together and enjoy your blend alongside a delicious Prairie Gardens dessert.
