Shipping, Delivery & Pick-Up
How it all works!
Farm Pick-Up
If you place a pre-order with us for pick-up in the Spring, we'll contact you to confirm your order is ready to go! We expect all orders will be ready by MAY 2022. At that time we'll arrange pick-up. We are also happy to arrange later pick-up dates throughout June to best suit your schedule! Our address is 56311 Lily Lake Road, Sturgeon County, which is 25min north of Edmonton.
Delivery
We are able to deliver within Edmonton Area. We charge a flat rate that is calculated based on distance & driving time. Please contact us either by phone at 780-921-2272 or by email at info@prairiegardens.org for pricing and details. We expect to start deliveries in June for the 2022 season.
Shipping
We do ship through Canada Post - and can ship Canada wide! We cannot ship plants to the US, or internationally. If you require shipping, please select bare root items (BR), or items in 1 gallon (#1) and 2 gallon (#2) containers. We cannot mail trees in #5, #10, or #15 pot sizes as they are too large!! Some of our tree varieties are available in bare root, so please contact us by phone at 780-921-2272 or by email at info@prairiegardens.org to confirm whether or not we can ship the trees you're interested in before you place an order. We will provide you with a shipping quote before we mail your order, but can only do so once the order is complete and we're able to weigh the entire order at once. We're more than happy to provide a rough estimate before you place an order, however! If you require shipping, please indicate so in the "Comment" section when you place an order online. *Please note: shipping is not included in the product price.*
Shipping - Orders Over $1500
We are able to palletize orders over $1500 and ship throughout Western Canada (MB, SK, AB & BC). Please contact us for a quote before placing an order, if you require this option.
Southern Alberta
Our family makes trips to Rolling Hills every 2-3 months and we are more than happy to bring fruits, shrubs, and trees down with us! If you require this option, please make sure you contact us before placing an order. Note: we usually travel during late June or July, so if you need your plants sooner, please select our shipping option or plan a trip up to visit us!
