Introduced by the University of Minnesota, in 1996. Requires a cross-pollinator like Northblue or Northsky. The flowers on this bush are white-pink and bell shaped. Harvest is ready early summer with sweet, aromatic, and light blue berries. It is a good producer. The ornamental leaves are deep green and turn red in the Fall. Stores well but also great for fresh use.
Prefers an acidic, moist, well-drained soil. The half-high blueberries are more compact and able to withstand the snow loads of colder climates.
