Because of its edible qualities it lends to the best usage in processing like pies, jams, jellies, and for U-Picks.
Self pollinating, early midseason, upright, and thorny shrub, The raspberry shrub is perfect for northern gardens, and has excellent disease resistance. Plant is best grown in organically rich, slightly acidic, moist, but well-drained soils. Usually planted along a post and wire system, but you can also grown them in containers with a single post.
