Usually the first to bloom before any of the other Panicle hydrangeas. The flowers usually start off as being white and then turn pink, and then by Fall they will turn an extremely dark-pink. The blooms are super-hardy and are easy to produce on new wood, which is great as you will see flowers even after harsh winters. Beautiful to use as fresh or dried flowers.

This is a great option for you if you are looking for an early blooming hydrangea, they are an excellent fall color, and they will attract pollinators with the lace-cap.

Prefers soil that is moist and well-drained. Great to use as fresh flowers or dried. Deadheading is not necessary.
