Part of the Firecracker series of Chrysanthemums, and is especially noted for fully double red flowers and its compact mounded growth habit. These flowers make a great choice for cuttings. These mums are surrounded by fragrant leaves that will remain green throughout the season.
The Power Surge Mum is relatively low maintenance. Deer don’t particularly care for this plant. The height of the plant will get to be about 45 cm in height, bloom from August to October, and it does best in average to evenly moist conditions. It is not particular as to soil type of pH.
