This plant has white double flowers in the Summer and Fall. Great to use as fresh cut flowers, or dried in a bouquet. In your garden it will attract butterflies, but is deer and rabbit resistant. Commonly used in borders, containers, mass planting, ground-cover, cut and dried flowers. Has a wildflower-like hardiness. Easy to grow and maintain. It is free branching, heavy blooming with sharp pointed leaves and small double white flowers, hundred in each spread; blooming from July to October.
This Snowflake Baby’s Breath will grow to 3-4 ft tall. Especially in winter hardy. It is a hardy full sun lover and is known to be very low-maintenance and tolerant to heat and drought. It will thrive in dry soils but can be susceptible to aster yellows, mold, and botrytis. It can be so vigorous that it is considered to be invasive in some parts of the USA. Prefers well drained soil. Make sure to trim after blooming to promote vigorous new foliage, which usually is in the fall for strong spring growth.
