Pyrus ‘Julienne’

A producer of sweet and juicy pears, Julienne is worth having in your orchard! Fruit is medium large, averaging a quarter pound in weight, and 2.5″ long, though fruit can be as large as 4″ long.

Skin is relatively thin for North American pears and is yellow with a red blush when ripe. Flesh is white. Flavour is mild and sweet with minimal acidity.

Harvest in mid-September. If harvested slightly underripe, Julienne can keep up to 4 months in cold storage.

Self-fetile.
