A willow variety that has variegated cream-white and green leaves and touches of pink. The Flamingo offers nice stem and foliage color. It is a fusion of two other popular willow cultivars and is considered an improvement on the Nishiki Willow. It is very fast-growing.The yellow flowers are insignificant, appearing as catkins, similar to those on other willow shrubs. Resistant to leaf scorch.
Drought tolerant willow. Requires average to moist conditions, but will not tolerate standing water. This willow requires constant pruning to keep its landscape appeal.
