Ready in mid July, Hinnomaki Yellow is highly productive Finnish variety, which makes it great for snacking on, or making jams and jellies. Fruit is large, yellow-skinned, relatively sweet, and the flavour boasts a suggestion of apricot, making it one of the more unique gooseberries.

Self-fertile.
