Value for your dollar…

Not just a garden, not just a place for kids to have fun. This place is probably the most underrated venue in the Edmonton area. This is an excellent place for a corporate team build, or smaller intimate celebrations such as Christmas party, adult birthday/anniversary celebration, wedding, bridal shower, etc. My review specifically relates to hosting a corporate team build. Tam, the owner, put together a very fun day of activities for our team build, without me having to do anything except enjoy myself. The staff here were all phenomenal. You can tell passion runs deep here. For our activities, we started with some ice breaker games, and made our own scarecrows. From there we had a bit of a relay race, and made a fresh herb salt rub to take home with a lovely piece of pottery. Lunch was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed appetizers around the outdoor kitchen with wood burning stoves and ovens, then had our sit down "lunch" (let's be honest, it was a full on dinner). First was a salad board that stretched the length of the table, followed by hot scratch made buns fresh from the oven. Our entree was steak cooked over an open fire (which I could definitely taste), with corn succotash, spinach stuffed squash, mashed potatoes, and basil pesto. Dessert was truly heavenly... an apple galette with lemon infused whipped cream. After we loosened our pants, we carried on outside for an "Amazing Race" around the farm, and ended the day choosing a piece of fudge to take home, and making our own little flower arrangements, also to take home. We were a team of 11, and everyone raved about how amazing the day was. No matter what type of activity you are interested in, I know Tammy will be more than willing to accommodate you and your budget. I feel that the value you get for your dollar here is exceptional.
