Spring Above-and-Beyond Big Orchard Package

We love fruit at Prairie Gardens and we love helping families, fruit enthusiasts, and fellow farmers get their own fruit forests underway! We’ve put together a tasty variety of our favourites to get you started in some of our largest pot sizes, so that your fruit shrubs and trees start producing sooner. All of the fruits included are zones 1-3.

Each Orchard Package includes the following:

• Raspberry Mix (#1): 3 Red, 3 Yellow, 3 Purple, 3 Black
• Sea Berry Mix (#1): 2 Female & 1 Male
• Vine Mix: 2 Hardy Kiwi (#1), 2 Blue Grape (#2), 2 Green Grape (#1)
• Honeyberry (Haskap) Mix (#2): 2 Aurora, 2 Boreal Beauty, 2 Boreal Beast & 2 Boreal Blizzard
• Saskatoon Mix (#2): 4 plants
• Ribes Mix: 2 Black Currants (#1), 2 Red Currants (#2), 2 White Currants (#1), 2 Red Gooseberries (#2) & 2 Green Gooseberries (#2)
• Goji Berries x 2 (#2)
• Mountain Cherry Mix: 2 Nanking (#2) & 2 Sand Cherries (#2)
• Pear Mix: 5 Pears (#5)
• Plum Mix: 3 Hybrid Plums (#5) and 1 Native Plum (#2)
• Sour Cherry Mix: 1 Evan’s or Romance Series, tree-form (#10), 1 Romance Series, tree-form (#5), 2 Romance Series, shrub-form (#2) & 2 Dwarf cherries (#2)
• Apple Mix: 1 Apple (#10), 1 Apple (#7), 3 Apples (#5)

This Orchard Package also includes a farm tour, and a 1-on-1 knowledge-sharing experience with an orchardist.

The Above-and-Beyond Big Orchard Package is flexible – we’re happy to work with you to plan the best possible orchard for your home and match your tastes as much as possible. For example, if you LOVE plums, but aren’t a big fan of pears, we can substitute plums for pears. Additionally, if there’s a fruit you’re interested in, (for example, grapes, kiwis, strawberries, gooseberries, saskatoons, or rhubarb) or if there’s a different variety of one of the fruit listed that you’d prefer, we’d be happy to either substitute them for a different item or add them to your package.
