The Sundancer poplar is a variety that was developed at the Agroforestry Development Centre in Indian Head, Saskatchewan. It is great to use a wind break, reclamation sites, erosion control, or for its ornamental landscaping. It is fast growing, tall, and is a male columnar tree. The branches of the tree grow upward, and are adorned with flush green leaves that will turn yellow in the Fall.
This tree can grow to very tall heights and a wide spread. Adaptable to a wide range of growing conditions. Water regularly as needed. Little pruning is necessary.
