It is quite dense and the lilacs are spikes of single panicles that are fragrant and are light pink to lavender in color. The blooms open in late spring and is among green heart-shaped foliage that will turn yellow in Fall.
Prefers soil that is moist and well-drained. Great to use as fresh flowers or dried. Gets to a height of 40 inches and a spread of 30 inches. Heat and drought tolerant.
