A vigorous and attractive shrub that can grow up to 10-12 ft in height, if left unattended. This fruit is a female seaberry variety from Germany and was selected because the Askola fruit is high in vitamin C and E; makes delicious and nutritious juice. The sea-berries are a deep orange color and will ripen in late August.

This variety requires a male pollinator. Adaptable to most soil conditions, and drought tolerant. Little pruning is necessary, but ensure to prune off broken or damaged limbs.
